SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing:
Your order is our priority, and we aim to dispatch it from our fulfillment center within one to two business days.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing the carrier's tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Timeframe:
Anticipate your treasures within 5 – 7 business days for deliveries within the continental U.S. Our reliable carriers work diligently to ensure a swift and secure delivery.
Shipping Issues:
In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please promptly contact us using the Contact Form or by replying to your Order Confirmation email.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We regretfully cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carriers for claims. For reimbursement related to packages lost in transit, proof of delivery is required.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We believe you would adore our products, and if they don't meet your expectations, you may return them within ３０ days for a full refund. Simply contact us using the contact tab to start the return process. Our Customer Service will initiate a 'Return Authorization,' providing return shipping instructions. Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued within ３０ days to the original payment method.
Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of our error where return shipping charges will be refunded.
